More Information

Toll Blending

Many modern chemicals require very specialized equipment and resources that simply makes mixing in-house proove costly . Toll blending is popular and cost-effective because a single company can provide the service to multiple customers, often being able to use the same chemical blenders for a wide variety of chemicals and mixtures.

Naude Chemical and Energy  Company (PTY) LTD offer custom packaging services and can help plan and coordinate complicated delivery, storage and disposal needs. While some companies need a small amount of chemicals blended by the  liter, others require  mass production for the   finished product.

Base Oils

Our partners conform to the latest international standards and are all ISO 9000 certified. With continuous liaison with international lubricant and additive companies, we are able to offer our clients a sophisticated range of products. We always work in close collaboration with customers, finding new solutions to their problems and improving our existing range of products to meet and exceed their standards.
We supply a complete range of oils, including a wide range of Grease.
– Packaging of oils can be supplied in 1000l IBC, 210l drums and 20 litre pails. Smaller pack sizes     are also available on request.
We also advise our clients on the correct equipment to dispense oil to prevent spillage and contamination.

Grease

Grease is used to lubricate moving parts, usually where metal rubs against metal. It’s made to be thick so that it will stay put in places where it would be difficult to keep thinner oil next to moving parts or where oil could leak out, as in automotive wheel bearings and ball joints.

Grease has two main ingredients

(A) A lubricant that combats friction

(B) A thickener, which gives the grease the consistency that will hold it in place next to moving parts

Often, a grease product also includes some other ingredient that will improve its performance in a particular application.

Auto-Lubricants

Oil Viscosity
SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) ratings designate the oil’s viscosity; simply put, how thick or thin an oil is at a certain temperature.

For example, SAE 30 oil is “thinner” (less viscous) than SAE 50 oil at a given temperature.

An example of a multi-grade oil designation is 10W-40. The 10W (W = winter) indicates how the oil would behave when cold, while the 40 is how it acts when hot.
